Every resident living within the borders of the Scarsdale Union Free School District (SUFSD) is eligible to be a member of the SNRC. The Scarsdale Neighborhoods include Edgewood, Fox Meadow, Greenacres, Heathcote and Quaker Ridge. 

If you do not live within these borders you may become members of the club.  We limit non SUFSD members to 10% of the club membership. We do have a wait list if we are at our 10% maximum.

Non-members are more than welcome to join us at our monthly coffee mornings to get to know us and can of course try any other evening free event if they are unable to attend the coffee morning to see who we are. As our membership dues help subsidize our events, non-members cannot attend ticketed events. 

SNRC is a not-for-profit social club. Membership dues cover all of our operating costs (website, Paypal fees, signage, event space, rental and refreshments, etc.) and help subsidize ticket fees to ensure affordable outings and of course, our two big club parties each year.
All SNRC committee members are volunteers and receive no remuneration for their work.

No! SNRC does not sell, lease, or give out the names, phone numbers or emails of our members to any outside organization. Our member directory is for non-commercial use only, and is available through the password-protected member area of the site. Our Facebook group is private and is only available to our members. Members found to be in violation of our policy will have their membership revoked.

Yes! Our club is open to anyone who lives here.  If you are interested in meeting new people or trying different things - you are welcome! 

We want to make the club available to newcomers and residents of Scarsdale because we recognize that it can be tough meeting people and adapting to a new community. But you can stay as long as you want to.
The thing our members love about this club is that there is a huge range of experience within the club and this comes from having people that have just arrived in Scarsdale as well as people who may have lived here for some years.
